Haoran Huang

Haoran Huang is the postgraduate student in Institute of Internet Governance and Law at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), the first institute in China to focus on IG issues. Recently, he has been selected as the fellow of Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA), fellow of Indian School on Internet Governance (InSIG), fellow of Youth@IGF fellow.
