He attended the 2009 ICANN conference in Sydney.[3]
He previously worked as a Project Manager at Tilix Linux.
Iliya Bazlyankov has signed a letter sent by UNINET to ICANN which alleges that the Bulgarian government has stopped websites, is oppressive and a danger for the freedom of the Internet.[4] [5]
