Jennifer Downes is a Key Accounts Team Manager at NCC Group. She has begun to attend ICANN Meetings as of ICANN 44 in order to keep up and meet with the many new gTLD clients that have signed with NCC to satisfy their data escrow requirements.[1] She is a native of Ireland.
