Kim Davies is the Manager of Root Zone Services at ICANN. His primary responsibilities are for DNS root zone management, and other domain name related aspects of IANA's work.[1]
Career History
Before joining ICANN, Davies was a Technical Policy Advisor to CENTR, the Council of European National TLD Registries. He represented the European Country Code Managers in the International Flora.[2]
He has also worked in a number of positions related to Domain and ISP management. He has been the head of Web Services at iiNet, an Internet Access Company. He was also on the board of auDA until 2005. He has also bee the principal of Cynosure Innovation, an Internet consulting business.[3]
