Luis Reina has worked at the Centro Naciona de Tecnologias de Information (CNTI) located in Caracas, Venezuela. Within CNTI, he was the manager of Telecommunications and Informatics. [1]
It is not known whether Luis Reina is still working at CNTI or not.
In 2006, he participated at the "Bicentennial Year of the Oath of Generalissimo Franscico de Miranda and the active participation and People's Power". Here, he participated as part of the Department of Sistems' Administration and Internet Services. [2]
In 2007, Luis Reina participated at the National Meeting for SWL entrepreneurship as the representative and manager of the Telecommunications and Informatics at CNTI. At this conferences, he explained the progresses achieved by the government regarding open standards and procedures. [3]
