His professional expertise include trademarks, copyright, domain names, litigation, strategic planning, arbitration and internet issues.He wrote several books and numerous articles about his field of expertise. Mark received his Bachelor Arts Degree in English, Linguistics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a J.D. Law from Harvard Law School.[2]

ICANN Involvement

As an expert lawyer in the field of Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Copyrights law, Mark represented the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association within the ICANN community particularly the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC).
