Philip F Johnson, is the President of the ISOC Liberia Chapter, which is a member of ICANN's ALAC. Mr. Johnson has been involved been involved in the advocacy for Internet technology Development in Liberia for nearly a decade. His involvement has provided him an institutional knowledge of the Internet ecosystem, including ICANN and other related institutions. His education includes courses with the DiploFoundation in Diplomacy and Internet Governance and technology. He is a graduate of The Next Generation Internet Leaders Program and has participated in other Leadership development training with regards to ICT/Internet Development. Other internet communication based courses include Web2.0 and Social Media for Development and future of the Internet with the ITU Academy.[1]
