Steven Antonoff is the Director of Human Resources at ICANN since 2007.[1] Much of his tenure as HR Director has involved working towards truly representing ICANN as a diverse community in its own staffing practices.

He is also involved with the Fellowship Program and travel support for ICANN's AC and SO's; which involves coordinating travel arrangements for important members of the ICANN community who hail from regions where the economics are not in place to otherwise support their travel.[2]
