Ting Chen is the International Business Development Manager for CNNIC, the state network information center of China. CNNIC is under the control of Ministry of Information Industry, China and is operated by Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Ms.Chen has attended ICANN Silicon Valley,[1] and ICANN Cartagena de Indias,[2] and ICANN Singapore.
