I co-founded the world's second web-based community network, the Boulder Community Network, in 1993, having used the Internet for some years before that.
Via BCN I've been a member of the NCSG / NCDNHC since 2000.
I've been a contributor to Wikipedia since 2002, with over 4000 edits.
I've been active in good governance activities, such as election auditing and contributing to standards for data formats for elections, since 2002.
