Comes from the academic environment to industry in 1994. Has been a computer graphics and system engineer in National Institute of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics (INIMA), also a Lecturer of Computer Sciences at Tirana University Albania for a period of 10 years. During 1998-2003 was appointed Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Radio-Communications and Internet Development Directorate, in Albanian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency. Before that has been Head of Information Technology of Albanian Telecom, and earlier before has worked like Support Engineer for Hewlett Packard Hardware and Software in Information Business Company in Tirana (Local HP Distributor).
Education
Have studies Computer Graphics and Operating Systems, Polytechnic University of Turin, Italy after finishing first studies in Special (Nuclear) Physics, Faculty of Natural Sciences in Tirana University, Albania.
Speaks fluently English, French, Italian and Albanian mother tongue, speaks well Russian.
