Wayne Reiher is the Director of ICT at the Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Government of Kiribati. Wayne is a member of the Kiribati Computer & Internet Society and Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society (PICISOC).

Wayne obtained his BSc in Computer Science and Information and Master of Computing and Information System from the University of the South Pacific [2]
