I added Shift Law as we have considerable expertise and experience in helping clients pursue trademark registrations before both the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). We also have experience filing trademark applications through the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) under the Madrid Protocol which permits Canadian and U.S. based businesses file trademark applications throughout the world.
