After her degree in Political Science at the University of Bucharest, she continued her studies in International Relations, European law and Public administration in Spain and Italy. Before moving to Brussels, Belciu has been actively collaborating in various professional programs with UNDP, the diplomatic environment, think tanks and international non-profit organisations.
