HAMAL Oussama is a PhD student about (Internet of things, eLearning, MOOCn smart grids, Data Analytics ) and  Techno-Pedagogical Engineer, he has a past work experience in IT companies as a Junior Project Manager, where he planned and coordinated a number of projects. Actually, he works as an Adjunct Professor at Mohammadia school of engineers (EMI) - University Mohammed V, in parallel, he's CEO of Moroccan Federation of Internet Association also member at ISOC Morocco also he is Vice-President of Movement engineers (Founder) and Cabinet Director of The General Secretariat- Government Parallel of Youth.

First ICANN55 Participation Marrakech Morocco, March 2016. CEO NGO Guest Speaker: on Radio about “social media and its impact on society” case of Morocco, January 2016. Guest Speaker at the Fourth Edition of the Arab Internet Governance Forum AIGF4, Beirut-Lebanon, under the umbrella of the ESCWA-UN: I had the chance to contribute as a speaker about " the opportunities and challenges regarding sustainable development achievement through social capital. " Moroccan case, December 2015.
