HAMAL Oussama is a Ph.D. student in (Internet of things, eLearning, MOOCn smart grids, Data Analytics ) and Techno-Pedagogical Engineer, he has past work experience in IT companies as a Junior Project Manager, where he planned and coordinated a number of projects. Actually, he works as an Adjunct Professor at Mohammadia school of engineers (EMI) - University Mohammed V, in parallel, he's CEO of the Moroccan Federation of Internet Association also a member at ISOC Morocco also he is Vice-President of Movement engineers (Founder) and Cabinet Director of The General Secretariat- Government Parallel of Youth.
