Rachida is telecommunication engineer. She is Projects Manager Ministry of Telecom of Morocco.[1] She attended ICANN meetings held on 1-6 March, 2009 in mexico. Carrer History
She was a former President of MACSIS (Moroccan Association of Civile Society for Information Society) and moroccan Representative in the GAC. She worked for France Telecom before returning to Morocco, She worked on the Moroccan project in tic (equipment of all moroccan school establishments in multi media centre).[5]
