The '''Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel  (RSTEP)''' is composed of 20 individuals who are expert in the design, implementation and  management of the  multiple systems and the different standard-protocols used in the Domain Name System ([[DNS)]] and the entire Internet infrastructure.The RSTEP chairman select the membership of the panel.
