June Seo worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Cable & Wireless as Senior IT Consultant and Project Leader. His job were focused on developing strategic internet and e-commerce related projects for both companies. In 1998, he started his career in the domain industry when he when he joined [[Network Solutions]], which was later acquired by Verisign. Since then, his primarily responsibility for the company is the expansion of the registrar channel relations and increasing Verisign’s brand in the Asia Pacific Region. He also took part in the development and standardization of IDN together with the experts from the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).
