Peter Ulanga is the Chief Executive at Universal Communications Access Fund.[1]

Career History

He was an Engineer with the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority, a government body representing the country in GAC and ICANN meetings. He has been working with the Regulatory Authority for over 5 years, and has been in the ICT sector for over a decade. In his previous positions he designed and implemented IP networks; while his current engagement is mainly focused on backbone infrastructure and access networks.[2]

Education

Peter Ulanga received his Bachelor's from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland. He also has a Master’s degree in Science from University of Essex in United Kingdom.
