Johannes K. Chiang is a Professor in the Department of Management Information System(MIS), National Chengchi University.[1]
He was a Member of the Technical Program Committee of IEEE. [2]
He has participated in the polling of the At Large members during 2002 and has polled 21 votes.[3]
Mr.Chiang is among the signatories to Civil Society Statement adressed to ICANN underlining the identified election issues and recommended policies to render ICANN more accountable and effective.[4]
