Megan Palmer was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in communications with an emphasis on Public Relations, and two minors in non profit management and business management. She is about to start her third year of law school at Temple Beasley School of Law where Megan is a Law and Public Policy Scholar and fellow for The Institute of Law Innovation & Technology.
