Carolin Silbernagl is the Founder and Coordinator of .hiv, which she launched in 2010.[1] She is also the Project Manager at sdw - Herausforderung Unternehmertum.[2][3]
She began the .hiv initiative in order to extend HIV/Aids awareness onto a consistent Internet platform, and it is her goal that the space will become the red-ribbon of the Internet. It seems to be the first proposed non-profit TLD, aimed at creating and fostering charitable opportunities.[4]
Ms. Silbernagl has been The Project Manager and part of the Academic staff at Foundation of German Industries (sdw) - Klaus Murmann Scholarship Program.[5][6] The foundation focuses on consulting for start-up organizations.
