Gloria Meneses is a Software Developer and Internet Activist who works for different organizations that defend the internet. She is a part of the PedPaTodos Collective, is a Mozilla representative in Colombia, and is involved with the internet governance group, Karisma Fundation. As a part of her contribution to RedPaTodos and Karisma Foundation, she is in charge of coordinating a multistakeholder group that discusses Internet Governance and regulations in Colombia.[1]
ICANN 51 in Los Angeles was Meneses's first ICANN Meeting, where she was an ICANN Fellow.[1]
