Bikram Shrestha is the General Secretary of ISOC Nepal, and the Head of the Card Center at the Bank of Kathmandu. He was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 45 in Toronto, and ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires[1]. His history with ISOC's Nepal chapter goes back to its foundings in 2008, when he acted as the founding Treasurer until 2010.[2]
