Cherine Chalaby is an expert in the field of banking and technology. At present, he serves as one of the members of the ICANN Board of Directors. He was appointed by the Nominating Committee on December 10, 2010 until ICANN’s Annual General Meeting on 2013. He serves as chairman of ICANN’s Finance Committee, and member of the Board Governance Committee and the Executive Committee respectively.[1]
