Elsa Saade is a Human Rights officer at the Gulf Center for Human Rights, and has also been involved with ICANN as an ICANN Fellow.[1]
She is also involved with the Lebanon chapter of ISOC and is a member of the NCSG.[1]
ICANN 54 in Dublin was her first ICANN Meeting, and she has also attended IGF and the Arab IGF.[1]
