Jabhera Matogoro is an Assistant Educator, Researcher, and Consultant on ICT Issues such as Internet Governance, TV White Space, Connectivity, and Computer Network Design. He works at The University of Dodoma.[1]

ICANN 54 in Dublin was his first ICANN Meeting.[1]
