Khaled Koubaa Khaled is the Founder and President of the Arab World Internet Institute and currently represents Facebook in public policy meetings with governments in North Africa and the Middle East.[1][2] He was an ICANN Board of Directors member elected by the ICANN NomCom for a three years term from 2016 to 2019[3].
