Manuel Sanroma is the head of the Foundation PuntCAT, which was established for the purpose of managing the [1] TLD for the Catalan language. In 2002, Sanroma was the representative of PuntCAT at the XII Congreso de Valores de Empresa Y Sociedad, which took place in Barcelona. There is a Sponsored TLD Registry Agreement between PuntCAT and ICANN.
