Nadira Alaraj is a freelance ICT Managment & Consultant. She is also an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 53 - Buenos Aires. Nadira is also involved with IGMENA and online capacity building on Internet Governance as well as APRALO and ISOC – Internet Society. [1]
