Paul is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of [[CENTR.org]]. Paul was founder and CEO of REACTO.com, the world’s largest stand-alone provider of “gTLD Registrar in a box” platforms for ICANN Accredited Registrars.  REACTO was sold in 2002.  He was involved in the creation of ICANN in 1997 and served on the gTLD Policy Body (Name Council) for a number of years.

Paul M Kane is an experienced CEO and Chairman of Kane group of companies. In 2010 Paul Kane was selected by ICANN as one of 7 TCRs (Trusted Community Representative) who are responsible for safe-guarding a share of the ROOT Zone's DNSSEC Recovery Key.[1] [2]

He has been involved in the software development/Internet industry since 1984. Paul’s group of companies currently employ 114 staff in offices based in UK, Japan, US and satellite offices in Oman and Dubai.
