Yashar M. Hajiyev is the Coordinator at Global Internet Policy Initiative. Mr. Hajiyev also teaches at Azerbaijan Technical University, and is a long-time Professor at the Western University of Azerbaijan, where he is the Deputy Head of the Computer Science department. Mr. Hajiyev is the Founder and Direc­tor of the Infor­ma­tion Pol­icy Ana­lyt­i­cal Cen­ter in Azer­bai­jan. He founded the Center in 2004.
