Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Cairo Jun 91, holding B.Sc in Electronics with Major in Computer Engineering. Throughout his 20+ years of experience he worked as a Technical support engineer, Network administrator, system developer and solution designer and finally as a project team leader. He moved to the League of Arab States as an IT network administrator, and working since 2012 as an IT Expert for ICT development at LAS responsible for several subjects related to the Internet community. He is engaged in several ICANN related work including IDNs,new gTLDs and Universal Acceptance issues.
