ICANN is the company responsible for the global policies coordinating the Internet’s unique identifiers with staff and operations worldwide. Responsible for all financial functions including payroll, A/P, general ledger, billing, collections, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, pricing/fee structures, treasury, investments, banking and tax reporting. Board support functions included executive leadership for Audit and Finance Committees, independent audits, compliance, and coordination of overall financial strategy with the Board and Community.
