Sri Sanjay Mohapatra completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management ( PGDM ) from XIMB , PGDCA from The Database, Madras in 1990, MCA from North Orissa University and Post Graduation in Public Administration & LLB from Utkal University .

Sri Sanjay Mohapatra is pioneer in imparting computer literacy movement near about 40 DAV Secondary & Sr. Secondary school students of Orissa, West Bengal & Sikkim, from 1993 to 2013 and many Institutions & educated more than 40000 students in Odisha and North East States . Due to the  technological patronage of Sri Sanjay Mohapatra, DAV Public Schools of Orissa, West Bengal & Sikkim awarded COMPUTER LITERACY EXCELLENCE AWARD from Hon’ble President of India from 2001-2008.

Sri Sanjay was worked as Printer & Publisher of ‘ The Khabar Bichar ’, a weekly paper from 1993-1998, under the editorship of Mr.Bibudhendra Mishra, former Union Minster, Mr. Gobind C Das, Bar-at-Law and Justice J.K.Mohanty.

Sri Mohapatra, served to DAV Institutions ( Orissa, WB & Sikkim ), as Technical Advisor & Consultant (Education – Affiliation & NOC related issues, Legal & IT ) to Regional Director, DAV Institutions, Orissa, WB & Sikkim, from November,1998 – May,2011, Served to Indian Metal Ferro Alloys Limited ( IMFA ) from June,2011 to December,2012 as Senior Officer ( Corporate Affairs ), and Programme Executive – CSR and now serving to Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences ( KISS ) as Sr. Executive & also serving to IIITBhubaneswar as Legal Advisor.

Sri Mohapatra, served to CSI as Member , Nomination Committee for the year 2006-07, Regional Vice President - 4 from 2008-12, Div 4 Chairman from 2012-14, Hon Secretary from 2014-16 & Vice President cum President Elect for the year 2016-17 and now serving to Computer Society of India ( CSI) as PRESIDENT .
