History
Domains Only, Inc. was previously known as Procurement Services International Inc. Procurement Services International Inc. (PSI-USA) was formed in 1981 with the objective to translate Japanese government bid tender notes for foreign businesses.[3] Next, the company started handling the servers for domain name registrations and credit card transactions for Japan. The USA PSI company changed its name to Domains Only, Inc. in 2003 and continued its activities independently from PSI Japan. Also, Domains Only was the the first certified dotcom Internet domain registrar in Asia, in 2000.[4]
