I am responsible for leading, managing and defining the direction, design, development or configuration, delivery and maintenance of ICANN’s global community-facing software applications portfolio. This includes the contracted parties (our customers) the community (everyone from government to business to the man in the street who interacts with ICANN and the technical community. I develop, in conjunction with the organization a roadmap and delivery priorities and then deliver to the priorities. I rely on both the Enterprise architecture group and the innovations team to help provide direction on new technologies etc. I also serve as Deputy CIO and am responsible for the day-to-day planning, recruiting and financial control
